UK Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping rates
- Orders over £39.99: Free standard UK delivery
- Orders under £39.99: £2.99 standard UK delivery
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, delays can happen due to carrier issues, high demand periods, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us if it's still missing.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as we can.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Peak periods
During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and January sales, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We'll update our website with revised estimates if significant delays are expected.
PO boxes and BFPO addresses
We currently ship to standard UK addresses only. We're unable to deliver to PO boxes or BFPO addresses at this time.
